Rachel and Kirsty and their parents are on the way to Rainspell Island to take part in Crafts Week. The two girls head into town to find out more about Crafts Week and speak to the organiser, Artemis Johnson who goes by Artie. Artie tells them about all the activities throughout the week, and lets the girls look at the display of art by the Crafts Week instructors. Among them, Kayla the Pottery Fairy appears from inside a clay pot and invites the girls to a special event in Fairyland. She whisks the girls off and they arrive at ‘Magical Crafts Week’. Kayla introduces them to the six other Magical Crafts Fairies before Queen Titania addresses the crowds of fairies. Suddenly, she and the other fairies are hit by green paint balls thrown by Jack Frost and the Goblins. Turns out he’s stolen the fairies’ magic objects to become the greatest artist ever. King Oberon and Queen Titania calls upon the girls to help stop Jack Frost. Kayla takes them back to the human world, and the girls decide to attend the pottery class.

When they get there, everyone is angry that they’re not having fun. The pottery instructor Madeleine Potts explains some boys have been throwing clay at everyone, and once she leaves to get Artie, the girls and Kayla suspect they’re goblins. Kayla turns the girls into fairies before goblins pelt clay at them, sliding around in a pool of clay. Among the chaos, Kayla spots her magic vase inside a rucksack, and flies towards it until another goblin spots her and grabs her. He puts her inside a jar and traps her in with the lid. Then, he heads back to the potter’s wheel and begins to make another pot. Rachel and Kirsty, who were standing on the wheel, get spun into the air, covered in clay. Kirsty has a plan and manages to explain it to Rachel before they’re spotted by the goblin.

The girls butter up the goblin with compliments about his pottery skills. They tell him if he stands on the stool, he could make his vase even taller. Naturally, he does so and the girls push him into the vase. They rescue Kayla who flies over to her pot and grabs it. The other goblins unstick themselves from the clay and walk away defeated, but the girls take pity on the potter goblin and let him keep one of the pots he made. Kayla uses her magic to clean up the area and disappears. At that moment, Madeleine arrives with Artie, and they’re both relieved to see the hall is clean and empty. Rachel and Kirsty get to work making clay pots. When they’re finished, the girls leave for lunchtime and come back to collect their items, which are coated in a sparkling glaze, thanks to Kayla.
