Penelope the Foal Fairy is the third fairy in the Baby Farm Animal Fairies series.
Appearance
Penelope has dark brown hair in a bun, tied with a purple head scarf. She wears a white blouse with a blue skirt and purple, flower-patterned wellies. Her wings are rounded and reddish-pink tinted.
