My A to Z of Fairies is a collection book of similar standing to previous entries My Big Book of Fairies and The Complete Book of Fairies, in that it contains information on most/all fairies known at the time of its publication.

Similar to previous information books, the A to Z lists fairies in alphabetical order with a few fun facts about them. Unlike previous entries, this is the first book in this pseudo-series to be published under the same name three times, though the 2nd edition is intended to contain additional content and a modified cover. The 1st edition, which was not released outside of the UK, contains 200 fairies from Rainbow Magic publications from 2003 to 2014/15, whilst the 2nd edition contains fairies up to 2016/17.

Trivia[]
- In the 1st edition, there is a mistake where Frankie the Make-up Fairy is labelled as a Fashion Fairy.
- In the 3rd edition, factfiles of the second half of the After School Sports Fairies were shown before they were published.
