Mrs Walker is Rachel Walker's mum. She is married to Mr Walker and is great friends with Mrs Tate and Mr Tate.

Mrs Walker has lots of surprise parties and has the same birthday as Jack Frost. She has dark hair in a bob with a side fringe. She is involved in lots of Rainbow Magic stories and has lots of friends, as noted in Belle the Birthday Fairy. Mrs Walker usually has dark hair. In Olympia the Games Fairy and earlier fairy series, her hair was blonde but in the Early Readers she has short dark/black hair.
