Rachel’s family is staying with Kirsty’s in Wetherbury Village to take part in the royal weekend, where they will watch a ship launch, a derby race, and attend a garden party. Georgie appears and invites the girls to the naming ceremony of Princess Grace and Prince Arthur’s new son who they rescued in Alexandra’s story. She arranges to pick them up after their garden party the next day, and disappears. Just as the girls are starting to get dressed, Georgie reappears and says Jack Frost has just stolen her royal seal and they must find it. The girls agree to keep an eye out for it as Mrs Tate enters to tell them it's time to go.
At the launching ceremony at the docks, the Tates and Walkers watch the parade but the girls spot a goblin marching alongside the crew of the ship. They follow him onto the ship and watch him take the bottle of champagne that will be smashed against the side. They make him jump and he falls into water, but the girls and Georgie find he doesn’t have the royal seal, but is just causing trouble. The girls return to the ceremony and watch one of the three guest princes smash the bottle against the ship, the Ocean Princess.
The families go to Hatling Racecourse next and the girls are allowed to walk around the paddock and look at the horses. They spot two goblin jockeys so Georgie transforms the girls into fairies. They whisper into the horses’ ears warning them of the goblins riding them and that they’re trying to ruin the race. The race begins and the Queen’s horse wins by half a second, the goblins walk away dejected. Georgie says Queen Titania’s magic has revealed Jack Frost is carrying the seal himself.
The next day, Rachel and Kirsty attend the garden party at the palace and spot Jack Frost and the goblins wearing sundresses sitting on a bench nonchalantly. It’s revealed that Jack Frost is observing the three princes to learn how to be royal. Georgie spots the royal seal ring on his hand so the girls dress up as the Queen’s guards and scan him for a security check. The scanner bleeps at the ring and Kirsty tells him he must take it off or leave the party. Jack Frost takes it off, and Georgie swoops in and takes it. She magics a thorn bush around the goblins and Queen Elizabeth II walks over, commenting on it. She mentions the troublesome ‘greener guests’ and leaves, and the girls can’t believe they just talked to the Queen.
Georgie takes the girls to Fairyland to see the King, Queen, Grace, Arthur and Alexandra addressing the fairy crowd. They announce the new baby’s name - Prince George - and each fairy group gives him a gift. Georgie stamps the naming certificate with the royal seal, and the girls reflect on their adventure.
