Claudia the Accessories Fairy is the second fairy in the Fashion Fairies series.

Claudia the Accessories Fairy needs her magical charm necklace to keep all the accessories in the world looking good. But Jack Frost has stolen the Fashion Fairies' magical items, and it's up to Kirsty and Rachel to get them back...
Appearance[]
Claudia has long chestnut brown hair held back by a purple headband adorned with a pink flower. She wears a blue cardigan over a pink top, a purple puffball skirt over navy tights, and purple ballet flats. Three red bracelets are on her left wrist and her magical charm necklace around her neck. Her wings are pinkish-red tinted.

Mr Walker has taken Rachel and Kirsty to the Tippington Fountains Shopping Centre again, as he needs to buy a shirt. They stop at Winter Woollies where Mr Walker tries on a woolly hat, but it breaks as he puts it on. Another customer has trouble with a scarf, and the girls realise something weird’s going on. Mr Walker suggests they meet him in an hour, so the girls leave to find things to make their outfits for the Design-and-Make Competition. Outside the accessory shop Finishing Touch, they come across two teenage girls whose necklace and bag have broken, spilling the beads of the necklace everywhere. Inside, the girls notice all the dull jewellery, apart from one sparkly jewel which turns out to be Claudia the Accessories Fairy. They hear a booming announcement about “Ice Blue” and the girls and Claudia leave to listen closer.
Jack Frost and some Goblins are standing by a stall full of jagged patchwork clothes, as throngs of people buy them. Rachel notices some goblins carrying boxes of new baseball hats, and suspects Claudia’s magic necklace is nearby. Claudia turns the girls into fairies and they follow the worker goblins into a lift, into a workshop where goblins are manufacturing Ice Blue accessories. They spot a supervisor goblin wearing the necklace - he’s having a hard time ordering goblins to make blue garments, rather than green. Kirsty comes up with a plan and asks Claudia to turn her and Rachel into goblins to make the supervisor’s life a bit harder. The girls go around to groups of goblins, with Kirsty convincing them to make green things and Rachel suggesting they make things in colours other than blue that would suit them.
The supervisor has had enough and calls for silence, but Rachel and Kirsty instigate a worker’s strike. The goblins join in, protesting against all the blue garments they have to make. Rachel ramps up the pressure from Jack Frost on the supervisor, and he quits, ripping the necklace off. Claudia grabs it and jeers at the goblins, turning all their accessories all the colours of the rainbow. At first the goblins cheer, but realise Jack Frost will be extremely angry, so they run back to Fairyland. Claudia fixes all the accessories, and no one is lining up at the Ice Blue stall anymore. She thanks the girls and disappears. They start shopping for things for their outfits, Rachel choosing glittery fabric paints and Kirsty choosing colourful scarves for her dress.
