Charlie the Sunflower Fairy (U.S name: Charlotte the Sunflower Fairy) is the fourth fairy in the Petal Fairies series.

Charlie's bright yellow sunflower petal helps the sunflowers and other yellow flowers bloom. Her fairy magic is made up of dazzling golden sparkles. Charlie's brings the sun with her wherever she goes. When she's around, the mood is warm and happy. She always has a handful of seeds for feeding the birds that follow her.
Appearance
Charlie has light brown skin and short black hair in bunches. She wears a light blue T-shirt with matching wide-legged trousers and a brown belt with a sunflower-shaped buckle around the waist, bright yellow ballet pumps, a yellow bangle and a sunflower pendant. Her wings are pointed and yellow tinted.

- Even though Charlie takes care of yellow sunflowers, her favourite colour is blue!
- The publishers changed her name to Charlie so Charlotte the Baby Princess Fairy could go ahead without having duplicate names.
