Belle the Birthday Fairy is the 14th fairy in the Holiday Special Fairies series.
Appearance
Belle has brown hair with blonde highlights fixed up at one side with a purple flower with a plait at the back. She wears a purple strapless mini dress and carries a golden clutch. She also wears gold ballet pumps. Her wings are pointy and purple tinted.
